These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.firstlayers.in and any services provided by FirstLayer ("we", "our", "us").

By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

2. Services

We provide website development, AI automation, chatbot development, booking systems, CRM integration, payment gateway integration, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed per-project in written proposals or agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, content, and approvals required for project delivery.
• Ensure you own the rights to any content, branding, or data you supply.
• Timely payments as agreed in the proposal or contract.

4. Payments

Project fees are quoted in the proposal. Standard terms are an advance payment before work begins and the balance on delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is accepted via the channels listed on our website (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay, bank transfer).

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final delivered website and custom code created for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and design systems. We may include completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Third-Party Services

Our work may involve third-party platforms (WhatsApp Business API, Stripe, Razorpay, Formspree, Vercel, Google, Meta, etc.). Those services have their own terms and we are not responsible for their availability or changes to their policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FirstLayer's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In such cases, you are billed for work completed up to the termination date, and ownership of deliverables paid for transfers to you.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
